now write

I bought a book. It's full of writing exercises and stuff and I'm debating whether to post my writing exercises on the internet.

If I post them on the internet I wonder - am I just looking for validation from a group of friends who I know won't say anything mean? Or should I start a completely anonymous blog and put them on there, never to be found by anyone I know? Or should I just leave it off the net entirely?

Suggestions?

I, for one, am very interesting in reading them. What more do you want from an audience, really?

My suggestion is to start a new, anonymous blog and put them there, but give us the link! This way your site here won't be buried, we still get to read them, and you will remain anonymous to any additional readers.

How does that sound?

Ha! You overestimate the volume to be produced. I am something of a procrastinator, and to be honest - I haven't actually cracked the spine yet.

Okay, I'll work on it on the computer, and then I'll decide what to do with it after...

I definitely think we should see them. You are known to produce non-fictional, yet over exaggerated stories...of which any one of us could be a part of. If they were made public, we would expect royalties. :)

Oh Lyla, as much as you would like people to believe that my stories about you are over-exaggerated, that is wishful thinking. Hmmm, which reminds me - I could post that biking story on here. I'm sure it's even on my computer!
