I don't care what side of the homosexual "issue" you stand on, everyone should read this. It's beautifully written and covers so many bases without (I believe) being offensive to anyone.

This guy has managed to put into words much of what I think about gay people and popular judgement.

The pharisees who disliked Jesus and his TRUE love, asked him, "What is the greatest commandment": Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Matthew 22: 37-40. Sadly, some Jesus followers don't follow this greatest commandment. But the Christians who do - don't get Broad Media Press, right? It's never the good in the world that gets the press. I know A LOT of Christians who do not show hatred to others, any hatred. This city has many. My prayer for that guy and others who feel hatred from Christian or non-christian (which is prob equal), is that they can find someone to show them love, as Jesus demonstrated love. Take time to see who needs it, the guy asking for money downtown, the single Mom struggling to provide for her kids, who knows, if we ask God to show us the opportunities, they are everywhere. Saddens me to see people use God's name in vain like that. God and hate should never be in the same sentence or uttered. love,
